Does SharePoint 2013 support SQL Server 2014 SP3?

There is no clear statement in official Microsoft documentation for SQL Server 2014 SP3 supported with SharePoint Server 2013

As a short answer: Yes, SharePoint 2013 with SP1 or May 2014 Cumulative update supports SQL Server 2014 SP3.

What is mentioned in the Microsoft Documentation is the minimum baseline requirements for SQL Server in the SharePoint 2013 farm.

Therefore,
SharePoint 2013 with SP1 or May 2014 Cumulative update supports SQL Server 2014 with all service packs and the future public updates.
