Our SharePoint Farm servers missing a lot of updates to be installed since June 2014, and I was not able to install   july 2020 cumulative Update for Microsoft SharePoint Enterprise Server 2013 (KB4484443) and  SharePoint Server 2013 Service Pack 1 is installed

This question is not clear! What do you mean "I was not able to install Cumulative Update?" Do you get any error message? Please attach some screenshot to can help!
