Customize Email Alert Template in Project Server 2016

I am following this post to configure the email notification settings for alerts and reminders in the PWA Project Server 2016.

I was asked if I can change the design of the email template to add the company logo and corporate colors and fonts. Is there any way to customize the outgoing email template?
