Install Office Online Server with Windows Server Core

I am planning to install Office Online Server on Windows Server 2022 Server Core, Is it supported? if No which operating system is supported to install Office Online Server for SharePoint 2019?

As a short answer, NO, Office Online Server only supports the "Server with Desktop Experience" installation option of Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019 and Windows Server 2022, and you can't install Office Online Server on "Windows Server Core" because it's not supported!

Supported operating systems for Office Online Server

You can run Office Online Server on the following operating systems:

• The 64-bit edition of Windows Server 2012 R2
• The 64-bit edition of Windows Server 2016 (Office Online Server November 2018 or later required).
• The 64-bit edition of Windows Server 2019 (Office Online Server July 2021 patch or later required).
• The 64-bit edition of Windows Server 2022 (Office Online Server Nov 2021 patch or later required).
