Replicate Permission in SharePoint Variation

I have configured variation in SharePoint Server for two sites (Source and Target labels), the pages and lists is repliicated dicrectly from the source site to the target site but I am wondering if it is possible to replicate the site permission in SharePoint Varations from Source site to Target site as well?
