403 forbidden in workflow manager

After registering the workflow manager, I tried to create a new workflow using SharePoint designer, but it is not worked!

I browsed the workflow manager web service, I received this error

HTTP 403 forbidden

SharePoint Workflow Manager HTTP 403 forbidden

The 403 forbidden in workflow manager issue usually occurs in case of,

  • The current user is not a member of the Workflow Admin Group.
  • The workflow manager services are not running.
  • The loopback check is enabled.
  • The Workflow Manager is not registered correctly.
