Where can I find the changes log for a project schedule in Project Server 2013?

I would like to know 

• When the Project Schedule published,
• Who made the changes in the Project Schedule.

How to track Project Schedule changes in Project Server?

Unfortunately, there is NO way to track the project schedule changes in Microsoft Project Server.
The only available info that you can find is the Last Published, Last Modified that can be added to your Project Center Views.

Edit Views in Project Server.

To add Last Published, Last Modified fields to your view, you should do the following:

• Open PWA Settings.
• Below Look and Feel, click on Manage Views.
• Click on your view to edit it.
• Add your fields.

Workarounds to track Project Schedule changes in Project Server

1. Creating a Project Workflow and when the project is updated/published log all available info that you would like to show, like the publish current time, the user who publishes the Project Schedule.
2. Create an event Handler for the project to log your changes, read more at Create a Project Server Event Handler and Log an Event and Server Side Event Handlers.

I will update this answer if I found a proper way to track the project changes in Microsoft Project Server.
