I need to use Microsoft Dynamic Customer Voice but I don't know which URL is used to log in and access Microsoft Dynamic Customer Voice to create a survey.

I registered to Microsoft Dynamic Customer Voice and filled in the required info, but I don't know How I access Microsoft Dynamic Customer Voice right now?
