As a short answer NO, you can't set different canvas backgrounds for each bookmark in Power BI.

Besides Canvas Background, you can't also change the Wallpar image dynamically.

Power BI Bookmark Considerations

Below are some limitations in Bookmark that you should be aware of before using Bookmark in Power BI.

1. You can create up to 20 bookmarks for a single report.
2. The bookmark captures the state of the page at the time the bookmark was created.
3. If you change the name of a field that is used by the bookmark, Power BI will no longer display visuals, filters, or slicers that use that field. Certain visuals will display no data for the renamed field. Filtered or sliced visuals will revert to the default view.
4. You can't change the canvas and wallpaper background based on a bookmark.

Workaround to use different backgrounds in a bookmark

1. Add an Image
2. Set its scaling to Fill, then resize it.

4. In the main report use the selection pan to hide this image from the default view.
