I would like to know what's the main differences between External access Vs Guest access in Microsoft Teams?
I just want to add external users to my teams with their email address, so which one I should use guest access or external access or both?

After February 2021, guest access in Microsoft Teams will be turned on by default for new customers & existing customers who haven't configured this setting.
You can use both external access and guest access if you want, there is no conflict to use both. But in your case, you should use Guest access to be able to add users to your teams with their email addresses regardless of their domain.
