Email Address Validation in Microsoft Forms

Unfortunately, In Microsoft Forms, Only Numbers are available as a restriction, and there is NO restriction option to validate the Email field in Microsoft Forms.

Alternatives to validate Email in Microsoft Forms

Instead, you have to use Microsoft Dynamic Customer Voice which is the new name of Microsoft Forms Pro and has many features over the free Microsoft Forms.

In the Microsoft Dynamic Customer Voice survey, you will be able to add Email Validation as the following:

  1. Open your survey.
  2. Add a new Text question.
  3. Click on the three dots "...", then select Restrictions.

  4. In the Restrictions list, select "Email".
