Yes, you can recover a deleted Microsoft Teams channel within 30 days of deletion. Deleted channels are retained in a "soft delete" state during this period.

Steps to Recover a Deleted Channel:

• Go to the Microsoft Teams application.
• Navigate to the team where the channel was deleted.
• Click on the ellipsis (...) next to the team name and select Manage team.
  
• Open the Channels tab and from More tab, click on Deleted to view deleted channels.
  
• Click Restore next to the deleted channel you want to recover.
  

After 30 days, the channel and its contents are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
