Let’s say for your organization you want to show some Disclaimer before you are publishing the report to Service, you can utilize this feature. Power BI added a new option in the admin portal which allows admins to provide a custom message that appears before a user publishes a report from Power BI Desktop I’m showing you the step-by-step procedure to enable this feature and how we can set the custom publish message using Markdown language for our Power BI Desktop in detail.
