Collection is created but its not collecting data in PowerApps

In the Power Apps canvas app, I created a collection and it was created correctly but when I use the function collect it didn't fetch or collect any data?

I have encountered this problem before, I solved it by doing one of the below options

1. Try to navigate to another screen and back to the collection again and it will work.
2. Or you can close the app and reopen it again.
